Ima is a fourth-year student double majoring in International Politics (concentration in International Relations) and Global and International Studies (concentration in Global Conflict) and pursuing a master’s degree in International Affairs through Penn State School of International Affairs. He was born in Badajoz, Spain, to Argentinian parents but was raised in Venezuela. Ima is president of ServeState, a student-run service and philanthropy organization at Penn State. He is also the secretary of the National Society of Leadership and Success as well as a member of the national political science honor society Pi Sigma Alpha, the Blue & White Society, and the Alumni Association. One of his favorite things outside of the classroom is being able to engage with diverse people and learn about their culture, language, and beliefs. Ima’s favorite thing about being a Liberal Arts student is having the opportunity to build “eminent relations” with people from all over the world.
