Professional Bio

Ima is a fourth-year student double majoring in International Politics and Global and International Studies. He is also pursuing a master of international affairs degree. Ima was born in Badajoz, Spain, to Argentinian parents but was raised in Venezuela. Ima is president of ServeState, a student-run service and philanthropy organization at Penn State. He is also the integrated undergraduate-graduate representative chair for the Penn State School of International Affairs Student Government Association and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Pi Sigma Alpha, the Blue and White Society, and the Penn State Alumni Association. Outside the classroom, Ima loves being able to engage with diverse people and learn about their culture, language, and beliefs. Ima’s favorite thing about being a Liberal Arts student is having the opportunity to build eminent relations with people from all over the world.
