Emergency funding applications will not be accepted from December 15, 2023–January 2, 2024, due to the University being closed for winter break.
The Liberal Arts Emergency Fund assists Liberal Arts undergraduate, graduate, and World Campus students whose circumstances demonstrate a need for temporary financial assistance.
When granted, the emergency funding can help ease financial burdens caused by:
- unexpected job loss
- family illness
- other life emergencies beyond the student’s control
Awards typically do not exceed $2,500 and are not intended to provide ongoing relief. Emergency funds may be delayed or unavailable during summer and winter breaks.
