As the Director of Volunteer Engagement, Ellen Konkle connects alumni and friends with meaningful opportunities to support the college. She develops strategies that strengthen relationships, advance fundraising priorities, and enhance community impact. Ellen collaborates with leadership, faculty, and partners to align alumni involvement with the college’s mission. She creates programs that engage alumni through mentoring, events, advisory roles, and philanthropy. Drawing on experience in consulting, fundraising, and nonprofits, she takes a holistic approach to creating volunteer experiences that are impactful, mutually beneficial, and aligned with individual interests, skills, and availability.
