Arturo is a dynamic leader dedicated to the mission of credit unions and their transformative impact on communities. As the Assistant Vice President of Member Experience at First Financial Federal Credit Union, he oversees various member-facing business units, championing service excellence for a diverse clientele, including many educators and healthcare professionals in the greater Baltimore area.
A proud Liberal Arts graduate and first-generation American, Arturo values his Penn State education as a testament to the sacrifices made by his family for a better future. Committed to uplifting others, he actively engages in the Liberal Arts Alumni Mentor Program and supports first-generation students through the Chaiken Center for Student Success.
Currently residing in Crofton, MD, with his partner Rose, Arturo is a busy parent to a toddler and a teenager, along with their beloved large cat.
