Recruit Students

As one of our alumni, you know the value Liberal Arts students bring to virtually any profession. With excellent communication and critical thinking skills, they are particularly suited to today’s work environments, where flexibility, creativity, and confidence are vital to an organization’s success. Students enrolled in the College of the Liberal Arts frequently seek workplace and internship opportunities, and they often turn to Liberal Arts alumni to help them find those opportunities. If you are looking for a Liberal Arts student to help your organization succeed, advertise your internship or full-time opening by following the steps below.

Post Open Positions

Get started with the recruitment process by registering with Nittany Lion Careers, Penn State’s single-system recruiting platform, which allows you to post internships and full-time positions, receive applications, and access Liberal Arts students as well as students in a variety of majors across the University. Registration only takes a few moments, after which you will receive a confirmation with a login and password to use for subsequent visits to the system.

Questions? We would be happy to assist in your posting, so please feel free to email us at lanetwork@psu.edu.

Provide Programing for Students

The Liberal Arts Career Enrichment Network helps students identify strengths and goals, find mentors, and identify opportunities to engage in career-related, international, and professional development activities. If you are interested in recruiting Liberal Arts students through programming, please contact Katie Wysocki, director of the Career Enrichment Network.
