Leah Triola

Professional Bio

Leah is the senior director of football operations and administration at the National Football League (NFL). In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the administration of the collective bargaining agreements for the NFL game officials and replay officials; managing various league policies that are designed to protect the competitive equity and integrity of the game, including oversight of compliance and disciplinary review; as well as creating internal processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency. Prior to the NFL, Leah worked as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney at Shelly Law Offices in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Leah graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2012.
