Are you a Chapel Executive Intern: Yes
Experience Time: Summer 2022

Give us a brief summary of your experience?

This summer, I interned within Deloitte's strategy and analytics offering portfolio. My project was with a high profile Biopharmaceuticals company with a scope stretch 3 independent workstreams. Over the course of the summer I learned many new skills, engaged with our client, and explored the different offerings at Deloitte.

How did this experience impact you academically?

At the conclusion of the internship, I have a newfound appreciation for continuous learning. I've set personal goals to read more nonfiction books and think more critically of what is taught in the classroom.

"Over the course of the summer I learned many new skills, engaged with our client, and explored the different offerings at Deloitte."

How will this experience impact your career goals?

I'm able to walk away from the summer knowing that I'll enjoy starting my career in a consulting role. It's a field I've been interested in for quite some time now, so it was hugely beneficial to spend some time interning as one.

How has the College of the Liberal Arts helped you to find and/or succeed in this experience (e.g., adviser, faculty, staff, enrichment funds, etc.)?

The Chapel Executive scholarship helped take off the financial burden of living in NYC this summer. It allowed me to freely explore the city I hope to live in post graduation.
