What was the best part of your experience?
The best part of my experience was learning how to interact with people from different lines of business in a professional setting. The program was very enriching for me to learn how to apply soft skills, like business etiquette and ways of effective communication in a real life situation.

This experience put into action things I have learned in classroom settings, like motivation practices and diversity hiring. This experience has taught me that there are many parts to human resources that can be impacted by one person, such as compensation; employee relations; talent acquisition, etc. and it has solidified my passion for working with people.
