What was the best part of your experience?

The best part of my experience was working with one of the preeminent American think tanks on matters of foreign policy. I was able to sit in on panels of foreign policy experts providing cutting-edge research and perspective to Congressional staffers.

How did this experience impact you academically?

This experience allowed me to leverage the skills and knowledge gained during my study abroad and work with Congress in a way that furthers my pursuit of an engaging career that is relevant to what I have studied during my time at Penn State.

How will this experience impact your career goals?

This experience has opened doors to what line of work I will consider post-graduation. Having spent some time with a large nonprofit, I am now more interested in similar roles as a potential career path.
