These include applications to zoning hearing boards for variances and special exceptions, applications to municipal governing bodies for conditional uses, subdivisions to create new building lots, new land development projects, and transactional work related to the preparation of agreements of sale, deeds and easements, and declarations.

Amanda is a federal criminal prosecutor, with experience in white collar crime, violent crime, and national security matters. She was promoted in 2017 to her current role, from special assistant. Prior to working for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, she was an assistant regional counsel for the Office of the General Counsel with the Social Security Administration.
