Jackie is currently Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Church & Dwight, Co. Inc, a $2.7 billion consumer products company headquartered in Princeton, NJ that produces brands such as Arm & Hammer, Oxi Clean, Nair, Orajel, and First Response.
Her 30-plus year career spans three industries – mining, steel, and consumer products – and union (United Mine Workers of America, United Steelworkers, and Teamsters) and non-union settings. Jackie’s experiences encompass all aspects of human resources, including support of acquisitions, divestitures, and shutdowns. In her current assignment, she has responsibility for global HR matters in regards to employees in eight U.S. states and eight countries.
Jackie has taught graduate courses for Penn State’s World Campus and is a member of the Labor Studies and Employment Relations Alumni Affiliates Program Board.
