Service to Penn State Award

Vincent P. Culotta, ’81 Psychology, is founder and president of NeuroBehavioral Associates, a Columbia, Maryland-based neuropsychology practice serving children, adolescents and adults with known or suspected brain-based and neurodevelopmental disorders. Prior to founding NeuroBehavioral Associates, Vince held clinical and administrative positions with various medical, rehabilitation, and private facilities, including an appointment as director of neuropsychology, Neurosurgery Division, of the University of Maryland’s Shock Trauma Center. He received his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Memphis. At Penn State, Vince helped launch the college’s mentor program. He has mentored nearly a dozen students, and he provides a summer internship with his practice for psychology majors. Vince previously served on the Alumni Society Board of Directors and was a member of the Career Enrichment Network Task Force. He and his wife, Cheryl have established a study abroad endowment in the College.

Vince and Cheryl’s oldest daughter, Stephanie, is a junior psychology major here at Penn State. Their younger daughter, Anna, will enter Penn State as a freshman this fall. The family lives in Eldersburg, Maryland.
