Outstanding Young Liberal Arts Alumni Award
Carrie A. Tendler, ’02 Political Science, is a partner with Kobre & Kim LLP. Carrie’s practice focuses on high-stakes financial disputes and international judgment enforcement/asset recovery; she regularly helps corporate clients develop and implement comprehensive worldwide asset tracing and recovery plans which often have recovery efforts taking place simultaneously in the United States, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. She also speaks and writes regularly on international arbitration award and judgment enforcement.
Carrie graduated magna cum laude from the Fordham University School of Law and clerked for the Honorable Paul J. Kelly, Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She also previously practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
At Penn State, Carrie is involved in the College’s mentoring program and goes out of her way to assist students and recent graduates with their job searches. She contributes regularly to the College of the Liberal Arts and the Four Diamonds Fund.
